Le Noyau originel du Boulouris Quintett est né un beau jour de printemps 1996 dans la commune éponyme du Sud de la France. La brise marine et la sympathique piquette locale ont motivé trois jeunes musiciens de formation classique à jouer de la musique de bordel… le tango Argentin. Deux ans plus tard le trio est devenu quintette afin de rendre à cette musique sa moiteur, sa sensualité et sa violence. Cette formation peu commune implique un grand travail d’orchestration et d’arrangement effectué par Ignacio Lamas et les membres du groupe HISTORIQUE DU GROUPE Le répertoire choisi est principalement constitué de la musique d’Astor Piazzolla et autres Tangos. C’est véritablement lors de la co-production avec le Théâtre-de-Vidy de Lausanne pour les représentations au Théâtre Municipal de Lausanne que le spectacle " Tango Nuevo " atteint sa version la plus épanouie, notamment grâce au subtil concours du metteur en scène et dramaturge italien Stefano Di Lauro. Tango Nuevo Si le Tango Nuevo du Boulouris Quintett est plus qu’une musique, c’est qu’il est chargé d’images et d’émotions. Avec l’aide d’un metteur en Scène et d’un éclairagiste, ils ont su donner vie à leur unité et à leur plaisir.
Le concert est ainsi devenu spectacle, sorte de " voyage en train à l’intérieur de soi-même, avec des scènes de votre vie qui défilent par la fenêtre ". La multitude des sentiments qui vous traversent fait qu’en sortant vous ne savez plus si vous vous êtes laissé porter par la musique, si la mise en scène vous a manipulée ou si votre imagination a pris le dessus. L’alchimie du tango Dans le style cabaret, se succèdent tango, sketchs et tours de chants. La mélancolie y flirte avec l’humour dans une dynamique sensible et très intime. D’un niveau musical excellent, le résultat semble au-delà de la somme des talents. L’humour, la joie et la complicité viennent s’ajouter au professionnalisme, à la beauté du son et à la justesse de l’orchestration pour un résultat magique, une alchimie parfaite. MUSIQUE :

Ignacio Lamas et Boulouris Quintett | The original Core of Boulouris Quintett was born one fine day from spring 1996 in the commune of the same name of the South of France. Two years later the trio became quintet in order to return to this music its moistness, its sensuality and its violence. It is truly at the time of the coproduction with Theatre-de-Vidy of Lausanne for the representations with the Municipal Theatre of Lausanne that the spectacle "Nuevo Tango" reaches its the most opened out version, in particular thanks to the subtle contest of the director and Italian playwright Stefano Di Lauro. With the assistance of a director and a lighting engineer, they knew to give life to their unit and their pleasure.
